This company should totally get ISO 9001 for their marketing, sales, and customer service. I had a brilliant shopping experience. Items that were out of stock showed up just two days ago, way ahead of when I expected them. The packaging was top-notch, and getting it delivered by Royal Mail is a real plus these days. Absolutely fantastic!

Fantastic support from the team at the Cardiff location. I picked up another couple of RC models from them. They're always super helpful and ready to offer all the advice you could want.

You can’t go wrong with them. They’re always fast with shipping, and if something goes sideways, they sort it out in no time.

I placed an order on February 19th and paid for courier delivery. I got an invoice on the same day and an email confirmation on the 22nd stating it was dispatched. Then, on February 26th, I received another email saying the goods were just sent out. As of March 2nd, I still haven't received my order. I tried to email them, but my message bounced back.

Since I paid for courier service, I expected a much better experience, especially during these unusual times. The fact that my inquiry bounced back from a reply thread makes me think my email was intentionally rejected. I'm going to wait another 24 hours before I call, as they say delivery takes 3-4 days. If they had processed my order sooner, it should've been sent out by February 23rd at the latest.

I picked up a Corgi Short Sunderland 1/72 model that I've been eyeing for a long time, and it was way cheaper here than other places. The item showed up on Monday after I ordered it on Friday evening. I'm really impressed with the service and would definitely shop here again and tell others about it.

I haven't had the best experience with the staff at the Cardiff location recently, so I figured I'd give them another shot. I checked online and it said they were open until 4 PM, so I drove to Cardiff, parked my car, and walked over to the store. To my surprise, it was CLOSED at 2:45 PM! I double-checked online to see if I had misread anything, but nope, it clearly stated the shop was open. Yet, everything was locked up and pitch dark. I even asked the guy at the shop across the street, and he confirmed it was closed. Honestly, I hardly ever see that place open on Sundays, and if they are, it’s just for a short while. What a total waste of my time and effort.

I've been shopping with Antics for quite a few years now. Their staff is super helpful and knows their stuff, plus the online ordering is a breeze. My parcel showed up this morning, all nicely packed, fast, and in mint condition. And, as per usual, it was a steal!

I'm more than happy to recommend them and will definitely keep coming back for more.

I ordered a pricey model with 24-hour express delivery, so you can imagine my frustration when the courier misplaced it. I reached out to Antics, and they were ready to do whatever it took to fix the issue. They not only followed up with the courier but also offered to grab the same model from Cardiff and bring it to Coventry themselves. Plus, they kept me in the loop through phone calls and emails. I visited the Cardiff location on Saturday. I had a rough idea of what I was after. The staff member there was super knowledgeable and made the 50-mile journey worth it to grab the Vallejo Model air paints. It was also nice to chat about techniques, swap tips, and get some advice.
